DOMESTIC/SHORT RUN INFORMATION
■ Normal Imprinted in 15 working days Production for short run catalog quantities, unless Time: otherwise noted. Production scheduling begins after art approval and credit approval.
■ F.O.B. Point: Addison, Illinois 60101
■ Split Shipments: $20.00 (A) each.
■ Normal Packing: Corrugated cartons.
■ Shipping Changes: Any changes in shipping must be made 5 days prior to ship date. There will be a $10.00 (A) charge to change shipping information. This includes purchase orders that "will advise."
■ Reorders: Please reference your most recent purchase order and/or Bulldog Packaging invoice.
■ Plain Bags: Deduct .20¢ (A) from printed prices unless otherwise noted. Ships in 1-5 days.
■ Returned Stock Bags: 20% restocking charge plus all freight incurred.
■ Claims: No claims will be accepted more than 30 days after delivery.
■ Bag Sizes: Bag dimensions may vary +/- 1 /2" to 1".
■ Bag Colors: Bag colors may vary within acceptable industry standards.
■ Artwork Charges: Typesetting: $5.00 (A) per line. For multiple color imprints, include necessary traps allowing for overprint of 2 or more colors with tight registration. If electronic art manipulation is necessary, it will be billed at $80 (A) per 1 /2 hour with a 1 /2 hour min. Artwork involving more than 2 colors must be pre-approved and additional charges may apply.
■ Electronic proofs: Can be supplied at no charge on orders where camera-ready art was supplied. Bulldog Packaging liability for accuracy of printed material ends with the customer’s approval of the proof. Normal production scheduling begins following approval of proof.
■ Rush Charges: $300.00 (A) for 1-2 days; $200.00 (A) for 3-6 days; $150.00 (A) for 7-10 days – applies to domestic orders only
■ In-run Copy/Color Changes: $200.00 (A) per change.
■ Pre Prod. Proofs: $200.00 (A) plus screen charges.
■ PMS Color Match: No charge unless special inks are required, charge is market prices for ink.
■ Logo/Trademark All logos or trademarks in this Samples in catalog are solely for the purpose Catalog of showing imprinting capabilities and are not intended to reflect or imply endorsement of the products by the companies the imprints represent. Designs are not available for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by the owner of the design. By submitting order and artwork to Bulldog Packaging, customer represents that the use or display of artwork will not violate any applicable laws or client restrictions, and hereby agrees to defend and hold Bulldog Packaging harmless.
■ General New Inventory: When we received Information: new inventory, please note that color and texture may vary. Case Pack: Quantity per pack may change at anytime. Stock Item: Can be discontinued at anytime. Products are not edible. Bags are not meant to be dried.

CUSTOM, IMPORT & ARTWORK INFORMATION
CUSTOM BAG DESIGN SERVICE Bulldog Packaging offers complete design services to meet all your packaging needs. We’ll work with you on product design, production schedules, art requirements, pricing and more.
ARTWORK Mechanical Art: Please provide color separated camera ready art (including center marks) at the desired imprint size.
Digital Art: E-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org Please also send a fax of all e-mailed artwork so we can determine the accuracy of your electronic transmission. Please specify on your purchase order that you sent electronic art. This will help prevent delays in your order processing. For Multiple Color Imprints, include necessary traps allowing for the overprint of 2 or more colors with tight registration. Please allow for press movement of up to 1 /8". Artwork involving more than 2 colors must be pre-approved and additional charges may apply.
Bag Sizes Bag dimensions may vary +/- 1 /2" to 1" PLATES/SCREEN CHARGES FOR PAPER BAGS & NON-WOVEN POLYPROPYLENE BAG Charge will vary on based on the complexity of the artwork and will be quoted after receipt of artwork.

CUSTOM PROOFS Proofs are submitted first electronically for art and position. A second production proof will be sent only if time allows. Bulldog Packaging’s liability for accuracy of printed material ends with the customer’s approval of the proof. Normal production scheduling begins following approval of proof. Proofs are submitted and required for all reorders.
RUSH ORDERS Rush production schedules may be available. Call for information.
OVER/UNDER RUN POLICY Due to production parameters, we anticipate over or under runs not to exceed 20% on up to 9M, 15% on 10-24M, 10% on 25-200M. Percentages may vary on certain items due to printing process. All over run quantities will be invoiced.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS Full case quantities apply per bag style. Charges are determined by the number of addresses and the quantity per shipment. This service is not available on all items. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to all incurred costs, including set-up charges, plates, and artwork.
SPECIAL FREIGHT FEES Inside delivery, residential, redelivery, COD, International, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico incur additional fees. Bulldog Packing reserves the right to submit supplemental invoices after the original invoice has been issued.
CHINESE NEW YEAR Any import order placed in the month of January or February will be subject to delays due to the Chinese New Year. No discounts or adjustments will be given for this delay.
Claims—IMPORTS No allowances, credits or cancellations will be allowed for any order that was held by U.S. Customs (Re: X-raying or intensive marking) or for port details (Re: congestion, rail-car shortage or strikes). No claims will be accepted more than 30 days after delivery.
Indemnification Imprinted artwork of logos, with and without trademarks, copyrights and registration marks, are shown in this catalog to illustrate our decorating capabilities only and are NOT for sale. Logos appearing on products in this catalog do not represent an endorsement of that particular product or any products in the catalog. By submitting order and artwork to Bulldog Packing, customer represents that the use or display of artwork will not violate any applicable laws or client restrictions, and hereby agrees to defend and hold Bulldog Packaging and its officers, shareholders, employees and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages and costs, including attorney’s fees and costs, in any infringement actions as a result of printing the artwork.
■ Digital Art The best and highest quality imprints are made from VECTOR ART created in Adobe Illustrator. Vector art is created in a graphics program and consists of vectored shapes. These graphics contain crisp, smooth lines that will keep their sharpness and proportions when sized/edited. Note: Scanned images (jpg, gif, bmp, tif, psd) do not always give the best imprint even at higher resolutions. If you are including images, they need to be hi-res black and white tif or eps files. In addition, placing, linking, embedding or copying these images into a drawing program will not convert them into vector art and will not produce a quality imprint.
■ Programs and Formats For best results, please submit VECTOR ART Illustrator CS6 or lower—Save as editable eps
■ Fonts Fonts MUST be converted to outlines or curves. In the case of Quark, MAC fonts need to be included when e-mailed. Be sure to send both the screen and printer fonts. DO NOT send PC fonts—we are not able to use them. If your file contains PC fonts, it is necessary for you to convert to paths, curves or outlines before e-mailing file. Delays to your job could occur if you send PC fonts.
■ Submitting Digital Art Media: ZIP disk or CD. Please supply a hard copy of art along with ZIP disk or CD. E-mail: Import/custom and domestic art files to: email@example.com When e-mailing artwork, the PO# MUST be in the subject line of the email. If your PO# is not listed, your order can get delayed unintentionally. Please send a fax of e-mailed artwork so we can determine the accuracy of your electronic transmission. Please specify on your purchase order that you sent electronic art and list e-mail address that you sent art to. This will help prevent delays in your order processing.
